CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Prior to 24 hours, you are allowed to reschedule or cancel one time without losing your deposit.
Any additional reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be charged to rebook. If you do not reschedule or cancel before the 24 hour cut-off, you forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book. No shows will be billed the entire amount of the service, as we cannot book another client at that time.
