CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • First Reschedule/Cancellation: You are allowed to reschedule or cancel once, with no penalty, as long as it is done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your card on file will be charged $50, as we cannot book another client at that time.

  • Additional Reschedules: After your first reschedule, any subsequent changes will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.

 

By making an appointment through this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined above and on our website, and that you agree to all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules.
